The following is a new business plan that is under development here. The current goal is to have it in place and ready to test by the middle of the year. I plan to start the company growth in earnest by the end of 2008, and then steadily take on more Developers as the growth can support it.

Humanitarian Concepts

Each salaried Developer will be required to work on concepts that are humanitarian in nature for at least 10% of their working hours.

1. The goal is to develop new technology that will benefit people in developing markets and to provide that technology to those markets without any license cost. 
2. If the same technology has applications within developed markets, it will be licensed for use in those markets at a typical rate, with the licensing profit used to pay for the development cost of the project.
   
3. Once the development cost has been offset, future profits from license fees will be put towards either cost reduction of products sold to developing markets or towards future development of new humanitarian concepts.
